In 1972, Milton Campbell and his business partner, Frank Madden, set out to create something special in New Albany. When Milton first arrived in town, he saw a sign that read, “Welcome to New Albany, Mississippi, The Friendly City,” he knew right then what the shop should be called. From that moment on, Friendly City Tire Pros became more than just a name; it reflected the values our shop embodies — trust, honesty, and connection. Over the decades, we’ve built strong relationships with the people in our community, earning the loyalty of generations of customers who trust us to keep their vehicles in top condition. Frank passed his share of the business to Milton in 2010, who continued to steer the shop until his son, Al Campbell, took the reins alongside his son, Josh. Milton eventually retired, but his legacy lives on in every tire we change, repair we make, and customer we serve.
